I like Foundry's Street Violence range, ok there are a few crappy sculpts in there, but for the most part they are great miniatures. This set seems to be based off of the Matrix movies, and they are a great merc unit, armed to the teeth and ready for anything.
Nice balance: the black outfits tie them together, but their hair/skin features and poses set them up as individuals.
