This years Games Workshop Christmas themed miniature. As per usual not a fan of green gobbo's so painted him up with a more fleshy skin tone.

HeroQuest Monsters

Well, I figured it was high time I made a dent in the huge pile of plastic fantasy miniatures I acquired many moons ago. So here you go, enjoy.

Fantasy Monsters

I got around to painting up some more monsters for HeroQuest, some Beastmen from the old Warhammer Quest (I think) board game, and a Goblin from BattleMasters. Nice little additions all in all.

Goblin

A simple plastic goblin from the old Battle Masters game, I wish you could still get that, but GW would probably charge over £100 for it.

Gretchin Herd

What fun little miniatures, and good value for money, 11 miniatures for £10, and while there isnt a great deal of options other than head swaps, and weapon swaps for the Ork, they are still good fun, I may buy another box in the future. Again this lot are painted in a brown fleshy colour rather than green and sporting prison orange to tie them to my previous Ork madness.

The Haul

I stopped by my friend Lee's house earlier and after having a ferrit about in his loft came away with the above horde of goodies, plus a bunch of Hero Quest furniture, one rather warped board, at least two decks of Treasure and Spell cards and a whole bunch of broken mini's.

HeroQuest Goblins

Its been a while since I posted anything, because its been a while since I painted anything. I'm slowly getting back into painting after a few weeks of stressed out hell at work, the stress doesn't seem to be getting any better but at least I'm getting some painting done.

HeroQuest Game Pictures

We managed to get another game of HeroQuest in a few nights ago, playing through the "Legacy of the Orc Warlord" mission. The heroes had to escape from a cell, find thier equipment then escape, though Lee, who was in charge of the heroes decided to just rampage across the map unarmed and wipe out almost all the monsters before ehr got the dwarf tooled up to kill Grak the Orc Warlords son. It was a good game and was the first that all painted miniatures were used, which made me a happy chap.

HeroQuest Greenskins

I haven't been doing much painting lately, work, house sitting, Dragon Age 2.... But when I have, Ive been working on the vast amount of HeroQuest figures I have. Ive started with the Greenies (and Chaos) but its slow going.

I also got to play a game of HQ on Wednesday for the first time in five years. Was fun.
