Praetorian Guard Infantry Squad
Once again, I finally got around to finishing off some old minis sat on the table for about 3 years. Just in time for the new release.

Penal Legion Troops
Wargames Atlantic's "not-Imperial Guard" offering. The kit is fairly basic, only giving you lasguns, a pistol hand, and a plasma gun, but you get 30 miniatures and enough heads to make troops with helmets or caps, space men, or bald collared convicts, as well as backpacks and grenades. I'm looking forward to mixing and matching with other kits on the remaining 20 I have.

Storm Trooper Squad
I've had these ten sat on my desk for at least two years, finally got them finished up and then left them for another two months.

Severina Raine
Not sure what happened with this miniature, none of the parts seemed to fit together properly, resulting in me using green stuff to fill all the huge holes, this coupled with the undercoat wiped out most of the detail, and then I picked a crappy color scheme. Feels like I went back 10 years with my painting on this one....

Carnodon Battle Tank
The Albion 13th have somehow managed to acquire a war relic, the formidable Carnodon battle tank, equipped with four Lascannons. While little use against infantry, it add's a massive anti tank or anti Titan role.

Rogue trader Crew
Got around to polishing off the Rogue Trader kill team, really nice models, though for some reason I couldnt get a decent picture of the Deathcult girl...

Sly Marbo
Always wanted a miniature of the one man army, I think this is the third version of him released. I like the plant alien thats about to depress the TNT plunger behind him (not shown in the image).

Praetorian Guard Command Squad
As if I didn't have enough projects to deal with, I go and start a new Imperial Guard force...this time the Praetorian Guard inspired of course by the British Army during the Zulu conflicts etc. I don't intend this army to get as big as my Albion 13th...but then that was a small project to begin with.

Imperial Guard Valkyries
I decided I had neglected my Imperial Guard for a bit to long and felt the need to give them some much needed high mobility firepower in the form of two gunships.
The first one was equipped with a multi laser and a pair of rocket pods, though I had quite a few issues building this one. The engine fans didn't want to fit and the clear plastic canopy was far to small, resulting in the front canopy snapping in half when I tried to force it into place.
With the second build, things went a lot smoother, with everything fitting into place. Unfortunately the canopy frames came loose and because I had undercoated them first, when I re-glued them in place, some of the pant smudged the clear plastic... I equipped this one with missiles rather than the pods.
Both Valks side by side, still despite the problems, think they came out quite well.

Albion 13th & Sister's of the Bloody Blade Mustered (2016 edition)
The full might mustered for action....though to be fair I don't think I'll be doing another one of these as it took me three hours to set up and the conservatory is like an oven. What I did find is a bunch of left over miniatures, mostly officers, commissars and 3 snipers with no where to call home.
