Random Miniature Selection

Just a random selection of miniatures painted between bouts of Sisters of Battle and Imperial Guard. Water merchant from Lead Adventure, Street girl from Heroclix, Convention miniature from Blam 2015 and a rather small Hasslefree girl.

Seraphim

Four more Seraphim, with a fifth sat waiting to start which will bring the squad total up a full ten. I think once these are finished I will try and do a full muster picture.

Imperial Priest's

Five Imperial Priest's that were included in the Sister's of Battle army I picked up. Thanks to these five I could now take five Ecclesiarchy Battle Conclave's. (If I had the money).

Industrial Structure

I've had this multi part plastic kit sat in a drawer for about five years, found it while digging around for something to build. Took about three hours to build, and was a bit of a pain, you don't get enough of the necessary connectors that it needs on the instructions in the kit, so had to improvise in a number of places up on top. While its fairly sturdy, I don't think it would survive much of a beating...

Hasslefree's Blanche

Hasslefree's latest chaos warrior based off the classic GW Chaos Amazon from the 80's.

Militarum Tempestus Command Squad

So while going through the current codex, on top of losing most of my Commissars, I now needed to add a Militar...Gah... StormTrooper Command Squad, so for completions sake I went ahead and picked up a box set at the weekend. I'm really pleased with how well the banner came out.
Also my plasma gun mania is still going strong :)

Tusken Raiders

The four Tusken Raiders from the Imperial Assault expansion Twin Shadows are really nice sculpts that paint up nice, quick and easy. Just a shame you only get four of them.

Sisters of Battle (2nd squad reinforcements)

Five more Sister's to finish off the second squad. As you can probably see, the three based on coins have a much better face paint than my usual fare, well the answer for that is, I didn't paint them, they came with faces already painted.....Why is skin tone so frigging hard?

Sister of Battle Rhino's

I aquired a partly painted Sister of Battle army late last week, Im slowly working my way through it, first of which are these two very old style Rhino's. I'm building quite the armored force.

Imperial Assault Stuff

A few more Imperial Assault miniatures, the huge AT-ST, Princess Leia in Hoth gear, and four Trandoshan Hunters. Painting SW stuff gave me a little break from the ranks of Sister's I've been doing lately.

Conscript's Part 19

 I finally managed to finish off the last two conscripts, making the total of fifty. I used parts from the Empire Flagellants, Bretonian Man at Arms and Cadian set's.

And for completions sake, all fifty assembled ready to rush head first into barbwire and gunfire.

Chimera's

 I picked up 3 Chimera's in a trade off Facebook this week, gave them the usual grey black paint job as the rest of the tanks in the Albion 13th, but then I was left looking at the last remaining tank and was overcome with the need to paint it up as a battlefield ambulance.

If your wondering why it still has its lasgun fire-points, well i reckon there wont be that many wounded in M41 that will need medi-vacing off a battlefield, most will be killed outright or told to walk it off (even with a missing leg).

Adeptus Soroitus Rhino

 Another addition to the Sisters of Battle, a bog standard Rhino with added Forgeworld doors and panels.

The doors are nicely detailed, but there's a problem with the resin parts, they have been cast to small so there are gaps in the build, as can be seen on the rear door. Also the front panel is to small and doesn't fit the windshield armor properly.

Sisters of Battle Strike Back

I polished off another group of Sisters over the weekend, finishing off the Seraphim Leader with her golden power sword (thats what it says in the codex anyhow), as well as a Mistress of Repentance for the Repentia Sisters squad, and finally three more basic sisters to form up the second squad.
These are coming along quite nicely.
